As a Certified Women's Facilitator, she brings women together for support and community.

Women's Circles

Through women's circles, we build connections and bonds, with ourselves and other women in the community. We build on our social skills as we learn how to validate, affirm and mirror other women's realities and emotions.

Circles set us up for positive interactions with friends and lovers. They open us up to be vulnerable and teach us how to live fully in our expression.

Women's Embodiment Coaching

Coaching involves working one-on-one to deepen the connection with your inner feminine. You will gain the confidence you need to speak your truth and manifest the life you truly want to live. We dive deep through shadow work going over limiting beliefs and engaging in Somatic Healing techniques to heal through past trauma. Racquel incorporates these modalities alongside manifesting/law of attraction ideology and ritual work to accomplish lasting and meaningful results with her clients.
